Additive manufacturing
Cheherish print studio.
In my studio, the software and the machines do different parts of the same job. A personalized design has to make sense on screen, on the print bed and in someone’s hands.

Designing for the printer
I work in Fusion to model functional parts, decide which pieces print separately, and give them room to fit together. Slicing lets me check orientation, color changes and supports before I send a job to a printer.
Keeping track of the build
The shop has to remember which model goes with which product. I use a versioned library for the master 3MF files and a working copy for slicing. That makes it possible to revisit a design when a customer wants a different name or color.

Workshop automation
Monitoring a long print
When a print takes hours, I want to check it from wherever I’m working. I built Bambu Control to put printer status, camera views and alerts on my iPhone. A widget lets me glance at a job without opening the app.

The JAXON pencil holder
The name, mountain silhouette and pine trees started as a digital design. This is the assembled print, with a single opening for pencils and two colors that make the lettering easy to read.
